urgent self sponsoring question

Hi All,

I just want to make sure that if my parents are self sponsoring the trip then is it nessecary that we need to show the tax returns all we have is bank statements and also the rental agreements and the land properties. since most of the money we get is from agriculture and also on rents.

Please advice me.I would really appreciate any reply or advice since this is the second time they are going for visa previously they were rejected stating 214(b) reason.

One should show self sponsoring only when one is well off.
and the officer will expect you to to file tax returns when you are well off
irrespective of source of income.

And how else will they document their income?
