My parents has 5 years tourist visa and visited us in 2001. They returned within 3 months, before their I-94 date expired. Now they are planning to come again in May'2007. But their current visa is getting expired on April 20th 2007.
They are planning to take appointment to get another visa. Do they have to wait for their current visa to get expired or they can go at anytime?
What are the chances that they will get rejected? I already sent them all the documents, affidavit etc. I have green card.
