My parents-in-law are taking a package tour to USA in summer. My father-in-law is working and he is self-financing their trip. They have already undertaken a similar Europe trip couple of years back.
Since myself (working L1) and her daughter (dependant L2) are here in USA, please let me know if my parents-in-law need to provide any kind of documents from our side for applying for visitor visa. In form DS156, they will need to declare that their daughter is in USA but we are not sponsoring their trip. Please advise.
