Greetings,
I am sending papers to get my Dad to visit us here. The I-134 shows only my wife as a partial dependent. She was pregnant and close to her due date when I sent the I-134 and we are now proud parents so there is some discrepancy between the I-134 dependent info and the circumstances now.
While the I-134 is factually correct for the date it was sent, I'm wondering if it could cause issues If the VO questions him about grandkids and doesn't see them mentioned. Is the explanation I offered above good enough or do i need to send another I-134 with updated dependent information.
