Please IMMIHelp , help me how can i reappeal with proper guidance and how to deal with this kind of situation.i have written the REASON UNDER WHICH IS GIVEN BY UK EMBASSY.

Last Month we applied thru VFS CENTER at Jalandhar, punjab for my parents as we live in punjab and having good business here we are 4 family members , and 3 of us applied for Visa.

WE Attached most of the necessary documents, property valuation papers, worth report from CA and savings certificate, PPF certificate, Letter from brothers school as he is studying in school.

Before applying application, just one day before i got SAVING ACCOUNT CERTIFICATE from bank which was showing amount of 18 lakhs in my dads account and 1.5 lakh in my mothers account, but i did not attached the Saving Accounts statements only bank balance certificate , and we have 2 firms but i shown only 1 firm as my dad is a parther in that and in another firm he is propertier. he denied visa only that i have filled 1500 pounds in his application and in mothers filled 600 pounds taking along to visit Uk and hotel bookings and covering letter request for visa.

can anyone tell me why he visa officer behaved like this?

Under i have written the reason gave by office from UK embassy.

REASON:- "you are a partner in a business and you
    earn rs 2.37 lakh( Pound 2788 ) a year.From your
appilation you seem to be financilayy support your
wife and child, you have not shown any satisfactory
evidence of your income, because to this, i am not
satisfied that your circumstances here in india are
such that you plan to leave the UK at the end of the
    your visit.
    Continued...
In your application form, you say that
you are paying Rs.1.27 lakh( pound 1500 ) for your
visit to the UK. This is more than half of your
unconfirmed annual income, you have not shown that
you can spend this much on a holiday to the Uk. i dont
think you have explained the true reason behind your
proposed visit, so i am not satisfied that you plan to
leave the Uk at the end of the visit.
    END

Please tell me now what shall i do? how further shall i proceed in order to get visa for my parents?

Well, the embassy has answered your question very clearly. The finances your family showed is JUST NOT adequate.

In fact, I am amazed that the British embassy/consulate gives such clear reasons to rejected applicants. It is something the American consulates/embassies never do.

It is a known fact that when you apply for a tourist visa the British/American embassy/consulate is looking for proof of your intention to return. This is proved in two ways - through your social ties and through your financial ties to to your home country.

Your family did not show satisfactory financial ties and they also applied for visas for the whole family - parents and child (meaning no social ties for them to want to return to India).

So obviously, their intention to return is under doubt.

What to do now? Well, try to show strong financial ties and social ties to India.

(1.) Show ALL your family's financial assets (including income tax statements) and provide all the details about the business.

(2.) Have ONLY ONE parent (either mother or father) apply for a visa. Let the other parent stay back in India with your brother. AFTER one parent has gotten a tourist visa, visited you in the UK and returned to India ONLY THEN have the other parent apply.

(3.) Don't even bother trying to get a tourist visa for your brother in the near future. Just showing a letter from his school does not prove that he will return to India. What is to say that he will not get to the UK and decide to stay back and continue his studies there.
If your brother needs to visit the UK let him apply for a student visa or a work visa later.

And yes, even if you follow all of the above mentioned ideas, there is still NO GUARANTEE that your family will get a visa. The final authority on whether or not an applicant gets a visa rests with the embassy and if they don't want to reject an applicant they will do it.
