visitor visa for my brother and for my sister-in-law

Hi guys need some help.
I am US citizen, and here in this country form lase 8 years
I am planning to invite my brother and his wife here in USA on visitor visa. He is 44 and a central goverment employee. He have two kids one girl and one boy. what are the chances for them to get visa ?

Is there any specialpapers i have to prepare and send it to them? Please advise guys.

I am in same boat. My bro is central govt employee as well. My SIL works. They have 2 daughters. Let me know if you get any pointers to make the case strong.
