Hi, I am traveling to US on a L1 visa fo 6 months and during this period I will be paid per diems instead of a salary. I wish to bring my parents along with me to the US. Can someone help me understand the below:
1. Can I apply for their visa with me being the sponsor?
2. Can the sponsor be out of US at the time of the visa application?
3. Can the sponsor provide the Indian income and employment documents instead of the US documents?
