My Mother's visa got rejected on February 15th under 214(b)
she is going on april 10th for the second time
can you please let me know documents required other than the list mentioned and since going after rejection do we have to write any letter
please help me

Btw, if the circumstances have not changed significantly since her last refusal or if you do not have any new information to show then why are you trying again at this point? If she tried again without any change in circumstances would she not appear to be desperate to come to the US and would that not work against her during her next interview?

I personally think that unless the situation has changed significantly then it would make more sense for her to wait for at least 6 months to 1 year before trying again.

If however you do intend to try again in 10 days time then remember that she has not been able to adequately prove her economic/social ties to India and thus her intention to return to India has come under doubt. So you need to cover both areas - economic ties and social ties - and in that way provide more satisfactory proof of her intention to return.

I think there is no point simply having a letter without providing the additional support (as explained on the page whose link is mentioned above) to her case.
