Hi,
I planned to call my father and mother to USA on visit visa. but after taking DD (HDFC) and booking slots, my father and mother had realised their surname is differ in passport (missing letter "A"). Now question is, Are the DD's and slots are valid? will there be any issue if they attend the interview without changing the surname in passport?. If not valid, then what the best approch to change the surname ASAP and what we can do about DD and slot.
Please give us your suggestions. sooner help is much appriciated.
