Is visitor's visa tied to a Sponsor?

Hi,
My parents had obtained a visitor's visa with my elder brother as the sponsor. However, my brother has now gone back to India. Can my parents still come to US and visit me with the visa they obtained earlier. Their visa expires in 2009.

If you have sufficient funds with you to visit usa you can go without any problem, however pls be prepared to show enough cash/TC etc. for you entire stay in usa, you can directly call the us embassy and check with them aswell

the visitor visa is not tied to the sponsor. So your parents can visit you no problem, as long as the visa is valid.

As long as they have a valid visa they can enter the US and visit anyone.
