Landing into and taking off from different places in US

Hi,

My parents are planning to come to US. I have my sister in NewJersey, so they will directly land there from India, and will visit my place (Chicago) and leave to India from Chicago. I am wondering if they can enter and leave US from different places within US. Will there be any issue related to the port of entry? (they will have the immigration stamped in New Jersey, but will return to India from Chicago). Please let me know if some one has done like this before.
