Is Petition Amendment needed for a name change?

I've been working on H1B visa for a company 'X' since November-2006.

I plan to go to my home country for a couple of weeks on vacation, during which I intend to get my name changed legally. I can produce all the documents that show that legally I have changed my name in my homecountry and accordingly get my name changed in passport as well.

Will this changing of name have any bearing on my H1B visa and petition?

Can I still come back to US after my vacation and work for the same employer 'X'?

What exactly is the procedure that one has to follow in this case?

Should not have any problem. Just carry name change document while coming back. You can work for same employer.
