My mother is a widow and both her children me and my brother are here in the US and I have heard this might lead to visa rejection.
I came to the US on a Green card that I got through my father who had a green card.Even though my father had a green card and my mom could have gotten one through him ,she never applied for a greencard as she never wanted to settle in the US.She still has no intention of immigrating.
Can I mention this as a point in the cover letter along with property details etc showing that she is not a potential immigrant?
