Hi I have Been chatting online with a someone from Eqypt, he want to come to america on a visitor visa by using me as a sponser. If he does not return to his country what can happen to me.

Nothing, unless you knew of his intent and still helped him get here, however, the sole fact that you sponsor him does not mean that he will get a visa, he himself would have to bring enough evidence to show that he will return home
