What is BEP user id?

Hi

When I try to apply online it first asks if I have a BEP user id and group access code? Is it necessary to have this? What is it?

Leave all that blank. It is not applicable for visitors.

BEP = Business Express Program. It is for business visa for big companies like Microsoft, IBM, Motorola.
