how to get Visitors visa for canada
Hello Members, I realize that i am entering in the wrong forum, but noone has replied me on the Canadian visitor's visa forum. This is regarding my mother-in-law who just got her American visa. I want her to get Canada visa since we all are planning to go see Toronto this summer when she comes to USA.
I had some questions:
1. How to apply in Delhi? Do we need to schedule an appointment like we do for the US consulate?
2. We do not have anyone living in Canada who could send an invitation letter for her, since me and my wife are US citizen and GC holder respectively, so we don't need to apply, so on what basis could we apply for her. We will be staying in Hotel there.
3. What documents are required to convince the Canadian consulate that she is just visiting Canada with us and will come to back with us to USA after a week?
I would appreciate if someone can send there experience or knowledge since this website has helped us a lot in the past.
