When to visit USA after stamped ?

Sir,
I have questions about my parents, they just got stamped visa in their passport for 10 Years Multiple.
Due to circumtances, they dont want to visit USA in next six months of time

Can they come after six months ?
Will there any problem if they dont visit usa in six months ?
What is rule once you got stamped for 10 years ?

they can visit any time they want to within the validity of the visa. its not a rule that they have to visit as soon as they get the visa. they can go anytime they want to.
