Problem in select address for passport delivery

I tried to get appointments for my parents for visitor visa. I created the application forms and saved it. But when I tried to get confirmation on the dates, it asked me to choose the passport delivery location. I want to get the passport to be delivered to the same address given in the application form. But the screen gives me a message that I have to pick an option. When I tried to enter the alternate address (I entered the same address in the form again) it said that postal code is not serviceable.

Has anyone faced this problem. Any idea how I can proceed forward. It doesn't allow me to continue beyond this screen.

That means Bluedart doesnt service yr place because it cud be remote. You can select a Bluedart address in egmore (as it doesnt allow without selecting) and u can collect the passport at the VFS center next day. Yu can track the status of the passport online after approval.
