    please advice .

I have been rejetced visitor visa twice with time gap of 1 month .
my purpose of visit was to take an exam ,(am a physical therapist )
I am in UK from 2 years and I have valid UK student visa upto 1 more year .
I applied for B1 /B2 visa from UK once and India once ,twice I was rejected and I questioned consular why did they reject my visa ,he said first time when I applied from UK that My course (which I was studying in UK was not a strong tie to bring me back to UK ),
SO I applied from India but was rejetced again under same section 214 (b) ,this time consular said he beleives that I would go to USA and start practise there --------for this reason am rejetced .

In Uk I have showed myself as employer and second time I showed my brother as sponser (as my father has expired ).

I have employer in USA who is willing to file H1 for me if I pass exam ,they have given me a letter stating this but the consular dint even ask me for this letter .

My employer adviced me to apply again and asked to mention my employer's name in DS 156 form where it is asked WHO IS SPONSOR FOR YOUR TRIP .

murali please advise me whether I should apply again or not ,
my UK college has given me leave twice for my exam but because I dint get visa I came to India on same leave ,my college now says it will issue a laeve if I show a valid visa ,what should I do know ???

    please advice .

After 2 denials, it will be hard to convince the officer that you will return since your obvious purpose is to work there anyway.

Is it possible for you to work in a related job without passing the test in US?
Look for such jobs on various job sites.

      Sir

I cannot work without passing the exam .
I have seen 2 of my frriends who got 10 years visit visa frrom India so I applied from here with the same reason(exam ) but after applyinng I came to know that my approach is wrong and I should have applied as if am atteNding a conference in USA.
what would be the best way to get USA for me ????
      please advice .
      I appreciate your time .
      Thank you

Could you show some ties to India; like start a small physiotherapy clinic in your name or get a letter from a big hospital showing that you have permanent attachment after you return from US with a few years' experience.
Also, show parental ties that will compel you to return.

          sir

As I informed you earlier I came to India on summer vaccation from UK (I have valid UK visa )
My father is expired and my mother is a retired person ,it was my only brother who sponsored me for UK studies .
Am a unmarried person ,I have to sacrifice my UK life and stay back in India to set up a clinic on my name ,I cant even think of getting a job as its too hard to get a job in India .
even if I set up a clinic how many months I should wait to reapply for the interview .
with 2 rejections am very scared to go for the interview again without proper preparation ..
I have a intention of working in USA but not on a visitor visa ,ts only because exam is not conducted anywhere else than in USA I want to go to USA to take that exam .
I have been given a eligibility letter to write exam by one of the USA board (I have invested 1 year of my life time to get this eligibility letter ) .I wonder why does the USA boards give permission to take exam when they dont want the applicant to come to USA to take exam .
some suggest me to talk to the consualte people about my case
          will it be any help
          please advice ...

            I fully understand your situation.
It is a very difficult one. There are no guarantees with the visitor visa system the way it is. Though I suggested it, even after going through all the trouble of setting up a clinic, there are still no guarantees.

Why don't you send me your complete history to [email protected] the name of your bachelor's degree, and the college you graduated from, years of work experience after graduation, and what course you are pursuing in UK. I'll do some research and will get back to you.
