insufficient documentation refusal for kids

My nephew (13) and niece (12) went for a visitor visa . They were refused visa saying that insufficient documentation. They do not have any intention to stay here, they were planning to come here for vacation for a month.


What are the chances if they go again after a week with all the bank and property statements?
