What is the difference between Personal Affidavit and Cover Letter. Do we have carry both of these.

Thank You for the info. So, I understand the cover letter is by the visitor to the VO convincing him why he/she will come back to India. But,what is personal Affidavit letter??

By personal affidavit, I thought a affidavit from CA on the visitors personal property. Is this correct?
