Need help - how many days after one can visit again US in Visitor Visa

Dear All,

Please let me know - how many days after one can visit again US in Visitor Visa.

MIL is here but planning to go back to take of certain issue back home. But she is planning to come back again.

So after how many days she can travel back again to US...

Any suggestion, help , concerns appreciated.

How much did she stay this time?

In general, there is no pre set rule. Depends on each person's situation.
For example business people who come for short stays of a week or so visit twice a month or more without any problems.

For parents on a 4-5 month visit, there should be an interval of about 6 months between two visits.

MIL is currently here for 3 months going back June 1st and planning to come back again on August 10th. Will be there any issues when MIL enters again?

Yes, there could be. She could be taken to secondary inspection and interrogated on why she came so quickly. She may be allowed to enter after questioning for a short stay.

My suggestion is if there is no emergency, she should space it with an interval of about 4-5 months.
