Siblings (Brother / Sister) Visitor visa

Hi,

I am planning to invite my parents to US. Can I also sponsor my sister who is currently working as a management consultant in India.

Will the chances of getting the visitor visa for my parents decrease if all the three (father,mother and sister) apply at the same time / same appointment
