Visitor visa of US for Indian visiting Canada, from Canada

My parents have visitor visa for Canada. They do not have US visitor visa. Would it be possible for them to get visitor visa for USA from Canada?

If yes, what documents would be needed for them to bring from India?

I would appreciate if I could get some guidance about this.
