Dear experts,
My mothers visa got refused under sec 214(b) on 19th apr-07.
I am working for a multinational company in U.S on L1 visa.
I will be here only until this year end and chances of stay next year are rare though I cannot prove it.
I want to bring my mother to U.S before I come back to India.
I would like to book an appointment in the 2nd week of May (approx 1 month gap after the 1st interview).
Following are the points I would like to mention which we did not mention earlier.
1) I am not a permanent employee in U.S , I just came only for few years.
proof : I am still getting my Indian salary ( basic) along with U.S salary.
Salary slips from India office and form-16 for the last year.
2) My mother stays with my sister, brother-in-law and two grand chidren.
3) Land documents my mothers name which we have not mentioned earlier.
4) Mention only for 3 months stay instead of 6 months.
5) Do I need to change that my mother will sponser herself?
She is working in a state govt. office as a clerk and still has 6+ yrs of service.
(My father exprired when I was very young.)
Please suggest if the above mentioned will really help her getting the visa on the 2nd attempt? I do not have time to wait for 6 months for the second interview.
