Question on I-134 for Tourist Visa

My Parents got their appointment on May17th 2007, I need to send all the documents to them, but regarding I-134 there is expiry date on the I-134 form ,as OMB No. 1615 - 0014 Exp : 04-30-07 .

Is it a valid I-134 to send to my parents who are having their appointment on May 17th 2007?
