Hi,
My parents applied for a visitor's visa in Feb and their visa was rejected (not enough ties in India). Now my mom is reapplying again. What will be the best answer to give when asked "Why is your husband not coming with you?"
My dad has recently booked a shop..but has not got possession of it yet so my mom has no agreement to show. At this time I have told her to say that "He has other priorities and responsibilities that he needs to take care of and cannot join her at this time" And if asked in detail..to say that he is in a process of starting a business so he cannot come. The document she has to prove that he has booked a shop is the receipt of the money that was paid towards booking the shop. Will that suffice as evidence?
Please advise if the above answer would be appropriate?
