Visitor Visa rejected at chennai for relatives .

I have sponsored visa for my mom's sister family to visit us and their visa was rejected yesterday at chennai consulate .

I wanted to post the reason here that way it may help someone in future.

1. My Mom's Sister family has a daughter who is on F1 here.
2. In DS-156 Form , we mentioned it clearly about daughter ( as Student on F1).
3. VO was satisfied with our documentation, but when he noticed about daughter staying in US on student visa , VO asked for documents showing the proof of F1 status of her which we couldn't produce at the time of interview.

I am planning to reapply for visa immediately by producing the required documents.


My Question :

It takes atleast 30 to 45 days to get an appointment . So, Do I need to send my bank statements with current paystubs again to India.

For safer side, you can just scan your recent pay stub and send it by email, also copy of your electronic bank statement.
