My parents visa interview is on 11 May. Im sponsoring them .
They have property papers with then but do they have to take an estimation by a CA???

It is not enough that you are covering the expenses of your parents' US visit.

They need to show their own economic ties to India in order to prove their intention to return. Hence they need the CA's statement.
