Visitor Visa ( help needed urgent ASAP)

Here' s my unusual situation:
Mom Dad got visa 10 yrs on the basis of my graduation ceremony.

Now its my sisters visa. Shes married, works in a bank.I am planning to get her a visitor visa based on my graduation ceremony. The date for my graduation is 12th May 07. I am unable to get any dates before that. The letter that i sent from university says " graduation ceremony in May" ( not specifying the date).

Now I want to seek advice on what should i do

1) postpone my graduation to fall ( and get another letter form university for fall ceremony)

2) go ahead and take an appointment date after my graduation ceremony ( thinking that might not look up the details for the exact date of the ceremony)

Also can I send scanned copies of documents( I -134 affidavit of support)

you cannot send scanned copies of I-134.You have to send original which has been notarised.You seem to have plenty of time.You can even fedex it if you want just for 30-40 dollars if it has to go to chennai.
