in-law's visa rejected
i have an unusual problem.
my mother-in-law's name in my husband's birth certificate is different from her name in passport.(mistakenly her nickname was given in hospital while my husband was born).
following this,her nickname appeared in my husband's passport.
they appeared for interview on 18th of this month and got rejected.vo told her that she might be the 2nd or illegal wife of my father-in-law.
my question's are-
1. why my father-in-law's application is also rejected inspite he has all the full proof documents.
2.does it help to show any affidavit from any first class indian magistrate that my mother-in-law has two names or both of the names are for the same person.and moreover if we mention her nickname in visa form as ''other name''.
how to come out of this situation.plz help.
