regarding coverletter and affidavit

i just wanted to know one cover letter is sufficint for both parents(mom,dad) or one for each ??? and what is the format if u have one please sent it to my id leelaramesh80@gmail.com

second thing is that in visitors doccuments, is fathers affidavit & mothers affidavit required? or not? (not I-134) beside all the other doccuments?

1. One cover letter is enough for both parents, but mention both names. You can get sample letterf from this website http://www.immihelp.com

2. Not necessary, but parents can prepare request letter instead of affidavit. It depends on how they can prove their ties with home.
