Heres the situation.. I have applied for a fiance visa and it is still pending. The more i have read the more i have realized that it is highly likely that this visa will be denied because we have not met face to face. Reason being is that he lives in saudi arabia and they dont allow visitor visas there. And he didnt come here on a visitors visa because when we get married they consider that fraud so we will have to put off the marriage but my question is if we are denied the fiance visa, will we be denied the visitors visa? Its the only way we can meet if we are not approved. Any suggestions?
