B2 for elder brother

Hi,

Iam on H1 visa and im getting married in the US, i would want my elder brother to attend the function. He is Russia and he is a doctor, can anyone tell me wat supporting documents i shud send to him, is it the same documents that we send for the visit visa. Please advice. Your help is highly appreciated.

*how long has he been in russia , on what visa
*Is he working in russia and how much is he earning?
*what are his future plans?
*parents in India? what do they do?
*financial status in India?
