Changes in DS 156 Form

In the DS 156 Forms, my parents have forgotten to mention abt me staying in US on F-1 Visa. So is it possible for them to change their application form at the time of interview? Or is it possible for them to make changes in the submitted form before submitting them to the Visa Officer
