dad visa-pls help

my parents have telugu interview on may 2nd week
We are 2 children -me on h4 and my bro settled in India

My Dad was working in a private company and retired now...He doesn't get any pension...he has a plot and some properties to show in his name...
Is it must to show monthly income...?
More over he has hearing problem and partially dependent on my mom.

What are the chances....pls help

Pension/regular income is important for retired people. No regular income
makes the officer think he won't come back.

Let your mother apply alone for a stay of 2-3 months.
She must show that your dad is engaged in some occupational activity even if low paying, like a local community job or a small home business.
