Interview Appointment in a different language

Hi,

I'm trying to reserve a visa appointment for my father in telugu.
The website always says there are no appointments available for that language.

However if I choose English, appointments are available within a couple of weeks.

I know that when a language other than English is chosen it normally takes more time to get an appointment than otherwise. But I've been trying from a long time but the website does not show any appointments for telugu or kannada languages.

Are there any other procedures available for reserving an appointment in a non English language ?
