I-134 neccasary always ?

Hi,

I and my parents have an appt with chennai Consolant this next monday. We are applying for a visitor visa to US for attending my brother's graduation day.
My dad will the sponsorer for this trip.
1. So is it neccasary for him to fill i-134 form ??
2. Is Tax returns, Property estimation document and bank statements wud be enough to show that he can sponser for all us ?

1. Yes, I-134 is necessary for sponsoring. That is the primary form. Rest of the documents are supporting.

I-134 form in USCIS website is getting expired on 04/30/2007. Can we still fill this form and send?
