Reg: Visitor visa for my parents and in laws

Hi

I have applied for the visitor visa for my parents and their appointment date is june 15th.

I would like to apply the visitor visa for my in laws too..

While applying for the visa for my in laws, do I have to mention that I am already sponsoring my parents, in the I-134 affidavit.?

do I have to mention that I already applied for visitor visa to my parents even though they dont get the visa?

Can we tell the VO, that we would like to sponser both my parents and in laws at a time so that I need not take leave again and again for showing them US?

Please help me in this regard

If you have already sponsored your parents, you have to mention it even though they didn't get the visa.

It's ok to sponsor both parents and in-laws at the same time.

Hi Nag,

I was in same situation last month...i sponsored my in laws in March 2007 and my parents in April 2007, for my parents I-134 i did mention that i sponsored my in-laws.

As such i dont see any problem. In my case my parenents & in-laws both got the visitors visa. Here is the link which i posted about what questions were asked to my parents and my in-laws http://www.immihelp.com/forum/showth...1952#post71952

Just make sure you prepare your in-laws in case VO asks why dont your in-laws came for visa interview when your parents appeared few days back.

Can you tell me how much bank balance you should for sponsoring both your parents and in laws?

Do we need to show any bank balance that they have in india?
