Visitor Visa for sister who is a doctor

Can I sponsor visitor visa for my sister and BIL who are doctors in India? They have their own practice in India and they provide employment for 10 people in their clinic.

They just want to visit USA for few months along with their daughter who is 7 yrs old. I am in process of getting my green card and have an EAD can I sponsor them VISA on my EAD? What are the chances of getting the Visa? What proofs they have to show to strongly support that they will be coming back to India after their visit?

Advice;
1. Since it appears they have very good income, they should show that they are spending their own money for the trip. You need not send any financial support papers. Just send an invitation and a copy of your passport and gc.
2. It is advisable you invite them after you get your gc.
3. Do not invite the whole family at once. They may not grant visa to the whole family at once. You can invite your sister and her daughter first.
4.Evidence of their clinic registration, tax returns, papers showing employment of 10 people, and husband not going are enough reasons for them to come back.
