Hi,
Request you to kindly spend little time to go through below mail to answers my 4 questions.
Im a green card holder and my husband is on H1.
I sponsored visa to my mom in india in 2006 Sep & Mar 2007 and its rejected for two times with reason#214-B. (she is old & a widow, with a small own house in her home town)
Now my husband is sponsoring visa to my In-Laws. My In-Laws can understand and speak English whereas my Mom doesn't know English.
We feel that if my Mom is also sponsored visa along with my In-Laws and if they can attend the interview all together at the same time (means same officer also), so that my In-Laws would be there to explain few things on her behalf.
My Questions:
1) As I have sponsored my mom for two times, would it be better if she is sponsored by me only again or would it be of some advantage if my husband sponsors ?
2) If my husband sponsors her, we want to take appointment for all the three (In-Laws & My Mom) so that all the three can face the interview at the same time. Can we appointment like that ?
3) If she can attend interview along with my In-Laws, can we take the appointment to my Mom also in English or should we take it in my Mom native language ?
4) In this case, if the visa officer feels to reject my Mom again, will my In-Laws also get rejected due to that as they have attended all together ?
Thanks in Advance
Monica
