Visitor Visa for my parents, pls help

My parents are planning to apply for visitor visa. I am on H4 . My husband is planning to sponsor while they are in US. But the flight tickets will be taken care of my parents. My father is retired and has annual income of 2 Lakhs but has some property and fixed deposits, bonds etc. We can show upto $5000 for each of my parent.

My question is

What should we mention in 156 form , as self sponsor or we are sponsoring our parents? If we mention that we are sponsoring ,is the above mentioned amount sufficient to sponsor my parents or is it safe to mention that they are self sponsored as they have properties, bond etc.

Self sponsoring is not advised with 2 lacs annual income. It needs to be at least 60-70k /m. They always ask about income if you say you are spendng your own money. Your husband should send an I-134 and financial papers.
