Visitor Visa - need to take a DD apart from HDFC receipt?

Hello, I am new here.
My parents are going for Visa appointment this week. I send all the paperwork already.
I have a few questions...
Besides the paperwork that I am sending (as per the list here). What other paperwork/fee does they need to take?
1) Appointment letter
2) 50 mm X 50 mm photo.
3) HDFC receipts for the fee that was paid earlier.
4) Property and Accountant statement.

Any other things that I have forgotten?

Do they need to take any DD and submit, if they were granted visa?
