Change in employer and its effect on visitor's visa

Hi:

At the time of sponsoring my parents visitor's visa, I was working for a different employer. I changed my job after they got their visitor's visa. Will they have any issues entering USA if I changed my employer?

Also, this is their first visit to USA. They got their visa last October. Is there a time limit on making the first entry?

Any help is appreciated.
