Urgent !!!! - Pls help

I booked an appointment for my sister, who has been refused visa once. However, under the question, (Have you been refused a visa twice in the last 12 months?), I have entered "Yes".

What should I do now? Her visa is scheduled for 6th July at Mumbai.

Pls help me.
