H1B Visa getting expired (Any problem during parent's visit Visa interview)

My H1B is getting expired on Sep 30 2007 (and will be renewed by my company). I havent applied for Extn yet. Would that be a problem for my parents when they go to attend the interview in June. Can we expect any questions in this regard so that I can caution my parents to expect the same.
