Info needed for visitor visa second visit

Hi All,

My mom visited US last 2 years back , she got 6 months visa that time.

Now i want to call her again so wondering we need go thru same process for applying for her visa
or will there be any change as she already visited once.

I mean will there be any drop box facility for getting visa. and also what are the docs required.
