visitor visa who passed usmle

hello everybody,

hello i need some guidence regarding visitor visa for ppl who have passed usmle...i've passed my step1 with 99%ile...plan to take s2(ck) in near future..wants to know that what's success of visa applied for cs(step 2)...what visa those ppl issue us...is safe to apply that visa...if I get that then for how much duration they give me visa...which status they give me on visa for taking cs examination...

yeah i've asked lots of q in a row...but will be happy if someone help me regarding this...

Though many people get visa for CS after step1 and before CK but I'd suggest you also complete CK and then apply for CS. You will have much stronger case.

The visa they will give you is B1/B2. It could be any duration depending on
what the officer thinks. 3months, 6 months, one year or more.

The stay allowed will be determined by not the visa duration but by the inspector at entry who will ask you the purpose of the visit an d duration of stay and give you a card I94 with the expiry date of your stay stamped on it.
