How to get date submitted for previos affidavit of support?

My husband would sposnor for my parents visa. While filling I134 question 9 " That i have previosly submitted affidavit of suport for following person" we need to enter the date (Month,date and year). My husband had sponsored for his parents visa back in 2002. We do not remember the exact date when he had submitted affidavit of support for his parents.

1)Please let me know how do we get this information ( the exact date). Can we get from his parent's passport.

2) Is this the date when they been for visa interview.

Please clarify.
