Friends,
I have a unique situation.> with my parent's visa. They were at Delhi Consulates on Feb 26th where > the consular asked them some basic questions after which he pondered > for a while and returned their passport and gave them a yellow handout > saying their application needed further "administrative processing" > and they would get back to them in 4 - 6 weeks time. My parents were > also finger printed at that time.
